Are you ready for Swiss Cyber Storm 2026?

From Shadow IT to AI and quantum computing – final changes to the schedule

Swiss Cyber Storm 2026 is around the corner. If you haven’t bought a ticket yet, now is the time!

The conference takes place on October 20 at the Kursaal Bern under the motto “Shadow IT” – when employees work around corporate policies to get things done, and what that means for security and compliance. Artificial intelligence — not just in the form of Shadow AI — will also receive ample attention, alongside quantum computing and other current topics.

As always, the week before the conference is full of activities and changes. For instance, there have been some changes to the schedule, with a few talks switching places. To stay up to date, please refer to the online conference schedule available here. All changes will be reflected there.

See you at Swiss Cyber Storm 2026!

An exclusive talk about the adversarial use of AI

One of the highlights of our program is the talk Adversarial uses of AI by Sébastien Schnyder from Google Threat Intelligence Services.

Currently, there are two popular AI topics: First, criminals using AI for their attacks, and second, AI agents hacking their way into unpatched targets. There seems to be a consensus that exploits are hitting servers faster, deepfakes are becoming more convincing, and even low-severity vulnerabilities are being exploited as part of chained attacks. But is this really everything? Google, of course, is able to see just how attackers are leveraging AI in the real world.

Sébastien’s talk will not be recorded and it will not be published on Youtube. So Swiss Cyber Storm is the exclusive opportunity to see this presentation.

Read more about it in a blog post by Swiss Cyber Storm program chair Christian Folini.
