Still, businesses are impacted by unforeseen data leaks, misuse of functionality and disrupted business services to their clients.
The introduction of cloud did not slow this down. We created a complex global system of chaos. Don’t try to get out of this, embrace it, but how?

Edzo Botjes
Edzo Botjes is Antifragility Architect at Xebia and in IT since 1991.
He published his Master Thesis, at the Antwerp Management School, titled “Defining Antifragility and the Application on Organisation Design” in 2020 licenced as open access via CC BY-SA 4.0. He published his work also as an IEEE paper in 2021.
Currently, Edzo is in combination with his work at various clients, and as a teacher of Enterprise Architecture at the Applied Science University Utrecht, doing his research on the intersection between information security, organisational learning and cyber resilience in a PhD track at the Open University.
