Prof. Dr. Andrei Kucharavy is the Assistant Professor at the Informatics Institute of HES-SO Valais-Wallis and the co-director of the HES-SO Gen Learning Center. He is also the Cyber Defence Campus Distinguished Post-Doctoral Fellow and 2024 CYD Outstanding Postdoc.

Working on the impact of Generative AI on cyber defense since 2020, he has led the redaction of the 2023 public report on the impact of Generative Large Language Models on Cyber-Defense in the Context of Swiss Operational Environment, and was the scientific editor of the “LLMs in Cybersecurity” reference Springer handbook.
